In evidence that people of all religions wish to live in harmony, 3,000 Jewish and Muslim men, women and children came together in Haifa to learn and sing a song of peace.

The singers, who had never before sung “One Day” by Matisyahu, learned to sing it in harmony in English, Hebrew and Arabic at the event, produced by Koolulam, an organization dedicated to bringing together Israelis of all ages, races and religions.
The resulting concert, produced in collaboration with the Arab-Jewish cultural center Beit HaGefen, the Haifa Municipality, and the Port of Haifa, is a breathtaking display of unity and beauty.
From its beginnings, the Church of Scientology has recognized that freedom of religion is a fundamental human right. In a world where conflicts are often traceable to intolerance of others’ religious beliefs and practices, the Church has, for more than 50 years, made the preservation of religious liberty an overriding concern.
The Church publishes this blog to help create a better understanding of the freedom of religion and belief and provide news on religious freedom and issues affecting this freedom around the world.
